Location: Austin, TX; onsite field leadership role
Salary: $80,000–$110,000 base salary annually, plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunities.

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning provides residential plumbing and air conditioning services in Austin and has operated since 1999.
What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians.
- Provide in-field coaching through ride-alongs and site visits.
- Track technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experience.
- Partner with Dispatch to assign the right plumber to each job.
- Support technical troubleshooting and customer escalations.
- Reinforce ServiceTitan processes and standards while maintaining workmanship, safety, inventory, and customer service.
Requirements
- Strong background in residential service plumbing.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or supervising plumbing technicians.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, revenue, and technician performance.
- Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman or higher preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on and accountable approach.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and availability to work Friday–Tuesday.

- ServiceTitan experience.
- Journeyman or higher plumbing license.
