Software Engineer (DevOps)

What you will do

• Automate infrastructure and platform management for cloud-native applications.
• Improve coding practices, development workflows, engineering standards, and operational best practices.
• Pilot technologies and approaches that increase application availability, resilience, security, and scalability.
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve CI/CD deployment and release reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and partners to promote Agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to recruiting, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical development across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, information systems, information technology, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications and services.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Practical understanding of building, automating, and supporting reliable software delivery processes.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps automation.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, or SRE operations.
