Account Manager (Retail Media)

What you will do

• Implement and manage advertising campaigns for retailer clients from setup through delivery.
• Monitor account health and KPIs, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
• Prepare and deliver clear, insight-driven campaign and partnership reports.
• Support senior leadership in maintaining strong client partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Handle retailers' day-to-day operational needs in a structured, professional manner.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales support, or another client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and work-management tools such as Monday.com.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data-set analysis.
• Analytical thinking, strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication.
• Ability to build trust-based client relationships and work effectively in a fully remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital media.
• Exposure to retail media platforms such as Criteo, CitrusAd, Pacvue, or Amazon Ads.
