Drug Testing Specialist

Location: Remote in any approved U.S. states; up to 15% domestic travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats and resolve client complaints and issues.
• Schedule drug test orders, including XNP, out-of-network, DOT Physicals, Applicant Ready, and add-on requests.
• Filter incoming drug screening results and match them to the correct reports.
• Follow client preferences to process drug tests quickly and accurately.
• Reschedule missed drug tests and support account managers with client inquiries.
• Maintain a mistake ratio below 1% of total processed reports.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow company and departmental policies.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods, work at a computer, and lift up to 15 pounds.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of the background screening or drug testing industry.
