Senior Assistant Producer (Social) (Sports Video/YouTube): Producing and editing social-first sports video content for YouTube and other platforms with an accent on multi-camera shoots, editorial judgment, and audience-focused production. Focus on leading ideation, pre-production, post-production, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior content producers.
Location: London, with an office base in Osterley and hybrid attendance required three days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Produce and edit high-quality sports video content for YouTube and other social platforms.
- Lead the planning and production of multi-camera shoots featuring elite sports talent.
- Develop social-first content strands from ideation through pre-production and post-production.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Publishing Hub, Sports Digital, Sports News, Sports Content, and rights partners.
- Track sporting trends, stories, rival publishers, and audience opportunities, including content for under-35 and female audiences.
- Mentor junior content producers in production, ideation, and editing techniques.
Requirements
- Experience producing content tailored for YouTube and social audiences, with strong knowledge of social platforms.
- Proficiency with Premiere Pro and the Adobe suite, plus experience with YouTube CMS and Analytics tools.
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders on productions.
- Ability to lead others, work under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines in live environments.
- Strong editorial judgment, communication, analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Appropriate right to work in the UK required; does not offer sponsorship for this position.
