Assistant Manager, Media Production

What you will do

• Lead live studio productions including webcasts, executive interviews, panel discussions, earnings calls, and client-facing broadcasts.
• Operate and oversee cameras, vision switchers, audio consoles, lighting rigs, and broadcast graphics systems.
• Coordinate pre-production, studio setup, run-of-show logistics, transmission, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Edit event highlights, interview packages, promotional videos, and internal communications.
• Manage color correction, audio mixing, graphics integration, file delivery, asset libraries, and archiving.
• Collaborate with executives, subject matter experts, clients, freelance crew, and external vendors while improving studio workflows and equipment standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional video production experience, particularly in live studio or broadcast environments.
• Experience in financial services or corporate broadcasting and in a professional broadcast studio with multi-camera live switching and audio management.
• Solid video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
• Experience working directly with executive-level talent and managing high-profile individuals on set.
• Strong client-facing communication, organization, decision-making, and multitasking skills in fast-paced production environments.
• Ability to adjust the in-office schedule as needed to support events and shoots.

Nice to have

• Experience with StreamYard, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Tricaster, OBS, or similar streaming and webcast platforms.
• Knowledge of studio lighting design and basic set production.
