Finance Intern (FP&A)

Global beauty company with a portfolio spanning fragrance, skincare, colour cosmetics, and body care brands.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Travel Retail Asia Pacific cluster.
• Create Capex purchase requisitions and purchase orders, including budget top-ups, and maintain the Capex tracker.
• Assist with budget management and tracking alongside the Brand Finance Controller.
• Prepare financial management information and accurate, timely Monthly Business Updates.
• Track price approvals, prepare price change reports, and support compliance submissions.
• Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and vendor master updates.

Requirements

• Full-time internship commitment for at least six months, from January to June.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or a related email tool.
• Self-motivation, confidentiality, ownership, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, strong communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup, beauty products, and the duty-free retail environment.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate studies with a Finance or Accounting major and an interest in FMCG or luxury.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and familiarity with SAP; introductory Hyperion knowledge is preferred.
• Planning, coordination, analytical, presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead by example, support change, and develop new approaches in a fast-paced environment.
