Location: Philippines; remote work during U.S. business hours

is developing AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, internal software systems, and an internally developed CRM platform.
What you will do
- Build and maintain AI-powered web applications and production AI features.
- Develop autonomous AI agents, multi-agent workflows, master orchestrators, recursive workflows, and automation pipelines.
- Expand and maintain the internal CRM platform and build scalable backend services and APIs.
- Integrate AI applications with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other business systems.
- Build graph memory architectures, agent memory management, secure information-sharing, and data segmentation strategies.
- Debug, optimize, and improve the reliability, privacy, security, and scalability of production AI systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience and proven experience building sophisticated production AI systems.
- Strong Python and Node.js development experience, plus working knowledge of Java.
- Experience developing autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration, LLM integrations, and production prompt engineering.
- Experience with graph memory, agent memory management, secure AI architectures, privacy controls, and data segmentation.
- Experience integrating APIs and business platforms, including HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills and availability during U.S. business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and OpenClaw or equivalent AI engineering frameworks.
- Experience working directly with founders in fast-moving startup environments.
