Implementation Analyst Sr, Tempus Technologies (Fintech)

Location: Remote work may be available in select geographic locations in the United States, subject to hirify.global approval; occasional in-office participation may be required. The listed location is Auburn, Indiana.

Base salary: $52,500.00–$105,000.00 per year, with incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Implement complex payment products and services for clients, including requirements analysis, deliverable gathering, validation, and client-specific procedure management.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during custom software implementations and provide consultative support.
• Analyze, assess, and document client requirements while maintaining implementation procedures and training materials.
• Investigate transaction data, software logs, XML/JSON, APIs, devices, and payment-processing environments to resolve implementation issues.
• Act as an escalation point, develop solutions, and support positive ongoing client experiences.
• Manage multiple complex implementations and coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Technical aptitude in software implementations, integrations, APIs, configuration management, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
• Experience or familiarity with payment processors, payment devices, networking, SFTP, recurring job scheduling, and logging platforms such as Kibana.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, consulting, problem management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working with Jira, Confluence, Agile/Scrum environments, ticketing systems, and established implementation processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ingenico, PAX, or CX30 payment devices.
• Knowledge of Fiserv, TeleCheck, Synchrony, UTA, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Wells Fargo, Chase, hirify.global, or KeyBank.
• Experience with change management, financial processes, storytelling, or the Waterfall model.
