Foreman - Electrical Construction

Location: Henderson, Colorado; onsite

Salary: $54.29 per hour, determined under the collective bargaining agreement with Local 68.

Sturgeon Electric, a subsidiary of hirify.global, provides large-scale electrical construction services, including commercial and industrial, transmission, telecommunications, traffic signalization, gas distribution, high-voltage distribution, maintenance, design-build, and pre-construction services.

What you will do

• Run assigned commercial electrical jobs in the field from mobilization through completion.
• Lead, direct, and develop crews while setting daily onsite standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, RFIs, and change orders with the Project Manager.
• Install and oversee electrical work according to plans, code, and customer quality standards.
• Track production against the schedule and budget, report progress and issues, and maintain an inspection-ready jobsite.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Requirements

• Experience running commercial electrical jobs or extensive electrical field experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installation, the National Electrical Code, and jobsite methods.
• Ability to read and build from plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Proven crew leadership and strong organization.
• Ability to coordinate scheduling, materials, RFIs, and change orders with a Project Manager.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Journeyman electrician license.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
