What you will do

• Analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and resolve technical problems with equipment and components.
• Recommend equipment replacements or repairs based on technical findings.
• Perform cleaning, scheduled maintenance, calibration, and equipment setup.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, and tools in an organized and operational condition.
• Complete service documentation and update inventory, environmental, and related logs.
• Identify and participate in process and procedure improvements using relevant performance metrics.

Requirements

• At least five years of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of repair practices, procedures, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Independent judgment, initiative, problem-solving ability, and readiness to handle complex assignments.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Specialized certifications such as A+, N+, Server+, or vendor certifications from IBM, HP, or Dell.
