Repair Technician Warehouse Operations - Las Vegas

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. On-site work in a warehouse, event venues, and hotel locations, including equipment handling, inspections, deliveries, and travel to show sites. Working times may include irregular hours, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Hourly pay: $24.98–$32.48.

What you will do

• Repair and maintain hirify.global equipment, road cases, show-related items, facility equipment, and electrical components.
• Perform component-level fault isolation and repair of analog and digital circuitry using DMMs, oscilloscopes, and signal generators.
• Support quality-control processes, document repairs, update the Service Central database, and report repair metrics and ROI.
• Research, test, and evaluate new equipment, including benefits, costs, performance improvements, and manufacturing issues.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory, work with vendors, order parts, and purchase shop supplies.
• Pick, scan, stage, sort, inspect, re-shelf, inventory, load, and unload equipment for transportation and events.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or diploma in a related technical discipline, or equivalent formal military technical training.
• At least 1 year of experience in component-level fault isolation and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair analog and digital circuitry to the component level.
• Clean soldering and desoldering skills for through-hole and surface-mount components.
• Mechanical skills, organizational ability, basic Microsoft Office skills, and effective communication with managers and team members.
• External hires must complete all required training and certifications within 60 days of the start date.

Nice to have

• Experience repairing professional or semiprofessional audio-visual, lighting, or consumer electronic equipment.
