Technology Change Management, Senior Associate (AI)

Location: Toronto, Canada; ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally

Compensation range: $62,000–$107,500 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus

What you will do

• Deliver finance transformation and organizational change projects, including readiness assessments, business process improvement, shared services implementation, business case development, and technology deployment.
• Lead project teams, monitor progress, manage risks, control budgets, and keep clients informed of outcomes.
• Guide client stakeholders through employee behavior change, resistance reduction, engagement, communications, and training.
• Build client relationships, identify additional opportunities, and support business development across service lines.
• Develop industry expertise, targeting and training activities, and new solutions for the changing organizational change management environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in a large organization or professional services firm.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing project teams from sales through project closure.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, executive presence, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
• Ability to travel more than 50% locally and internationally.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot, validating AI-generated outputs, understanding AI risks and limitations, and integrating AI into business workflows.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Prosci Change Management, CCMP, or APMG Change Management Practitioner certification.
