Project Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule; work from 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then from the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 105,000–155,000 annually, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage medium-to-large, cross-functional, strategic, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Define project delivery approaches, establish governance, and develop project charters, plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and success criteria.
• Lead project teams in a matrix environment, assign responsibilities, and manage day-to-day delivery.
• Monitor project performance, communications, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change control.
• Manage relationships with vendors, clients, executive sponsors, and senior stakeholders.
• Align project outcomes with strategic priorities and Fidelity project management standards.

Requirements

• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or another regulated environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience or certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, facilitation, negotiation, influencing, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to select and apply suitable predictive, adaptive, or hybrid project management approaches.
