Sr Director, Enterprise Program Management (Medical Devices)

Location: US - Massachusetts; national and international travel of approximately 20% may be required

Annual base salary: $248,500–$372,700 for U.S.-based positions; incentive compensation may also apply

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod platform for insulin delivery and other subcutaneous drug therapies.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams and external development partners delivering strategic product development and technology implementation programs.
• Drive programs from concept and project inception through production and commercial launch.
• Define program scope, objectives, resources, schedules, and execution plans with functional leadership.
• Govern product development portfolios through the Portfolio Decision Team, communicating status and escalating and mitigating risks.
• Lead and mentor Program Managers and manage staff supporting cross-functional product development programs.
• Provide objective, data-driven program status assessments and lead major strategic programs when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 12 years of related product development experience; 15+ years preferred.
• Proven experience delivering electromechanical and/or software products.
• Experience managing suppliers, external partners, and internal staff at all levels.
• Medical device industry experience and knowledge of the FDA design control process.
• Ability to influence direct and matrix reports, manage multiple efforts, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.
