Material Supervisor - Warehouse

Location: Pueblo, Colorado, United States; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $56,300–$80,255

What you will do

• Supervise daily warehouse, inventory control, and line-supply activities.
• Ensure raw materials and components are available for production schedules and customer demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and ERP/MRP transactions.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, and production teams to resolve material shortages.
• Maintain material-handling and storage procedures and ensure warehouse safety compliance.
• Track material KPIs, train team members, and support continuous improvement to reduce waste.

Requirements

• Certificate or degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• 1–2+ years of experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing or warehousing.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred and required for the role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
