Material Coordinator

What you will do

• Inspect machine-room parts to verify compliance with established quality standards.
• Validate manifests and reconcile physical part counts with documented records.
• Receive and record materials accurately in the BAAN inventory system.
• Organize, store, and distribute parts and materials to the appropriate locations.
• Communicate HOT-ticket priorities and collaborate with team leaders and quality assurance staff.
• Reject nonconforming materials, escalate issues, and perform T-nut insertion tasks when available.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or work experience demonstrating performance competency.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret manifests, work orders, and related documentation.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory software systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, handle materials throughout the shift, and lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
