Site Director - Moses Lake (Grant Node)

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as the senior Keel Operations authority at the Moses Lake facility and the primary point of contact for the anchor tenant.
• Accept operational readiness at the formal transition-to-operations gate and verify turnover evidence, operator mobilization, training competence, critical spares, and readiness drills.
• Govern the outsourced FM operator through KPI verification, corrective actions, maintenance-window approvals, MOP deviations, deferrals, and configuration changes.
• Act as the Keel incident-command interface, own tenant and executive communications, and accept post-incident reviews.
• Manage SLA reporting, tenant escalations, quarterly business reviews, and the relationship supporting occupancy economics.
• Maintain the duty rotation and delegated-authority matrix and supervise the Site Operations Coordinator.

Requirements

• 10+ years of critical facilities operations experience, including at least 3 years in site leadership or an owner's representative capacity at a data center or equivalent critical environment.
• Direct experience receiving a facility through commissioning into operations, including turnover acceptance, operator mobilization, or operational readiness on a greenfield or major-expansion project.
• Client-facing or colocation service-delivery experience with the ability to represent the owner to a sophisticated hyperscale or AI tenant operations team.
• Working knowledge of FM outsourcing structures, MSA/SoW governance, KPI regimes, vendor management, and CMMS-based verification.
• Ability to maintain acceptance and governance positions under schedule pressure while sustaining productive relationships with the delivery organization and FM operator.
