Software Developer I (C#/.NET)

Salary: $90,200–$112,800 per year, plus bonus or variable incentive pay

What you will do

• Develop and enhance next-generation Asset Performance Management products.
• Build and maintain web applications, REST APIs, services, backend components, and database functionality.
• Design and implement features in a scalable, performant, service-oriented architecture.
• Collaborate with software developers, product managers, UX designers, and quality engineers.
• troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in new and existing commercial products.
• Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD and Agile/Scrum processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• 0–2 years of software development experience, including internships, co-op programs, or academic projects.
• Exposure to C# and .NET, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, web services, and microservice architecture.
• Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SQL, relational databases, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Git, unit and integration testing, CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and Agile/Scrum or SAFe practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and coding assistants.
• Exposure to Quality Engineering, test automation, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies through prototypes or proof-of-concept projects.
