Salary: $73,525.20–$110,287.80 per year, plus eligibility for a team incentive bonus and benefits for regular employees working 20+ hours per week.

What you will do

• Develop, test, maintain, and enhance custom business applications for manufacturing, warehouse, and operational processes.
• Diagnose software issues, improve application reliability and performance, and support releases, upgrades, and deployments.
• Partner with manufacturing, warehouse, quality, engineering, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into software solutions.
• Design automation and integration solutions that reduce manual work and support digital transformation.
• Create and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests, as well as technical and user documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of software development experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or professional work.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle practices, relational databases, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, or similar modern web frameworks.
• Familiarity with Node, REST APIs, system integrations, Git, Azure DevOps, cloud, DevOps, or CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, operations, warehouse management, supply chain, automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation.
