Software Developer (Angular/.NET)

Location: Hybrid in downtown Denver, Colorado, with in-office work 3 days per week. Monday-Friday working hours may range from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; primary hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

What you will do

• Create and maintain web-based applications for internal and external users.
• Maintain legacy software and convert applications to web-based platforms.
• Define high-level functional and technical requirements through direct user interactions and enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Design, develop, and implement moderate to complex applications using Angular, C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot applications, improve performance, and implement unit and scenario testing.
• Work with internal staff to scope improvements and identify opportunities to support operations.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, background services, rich web-based user interfaces, and desktop applications.
• Experience with C#, .NET Core 3.1 through .NET 10+, .NET Framework 4.8+, SQL Server 2019+, HTML5, TypeScript, Angular, and XML.
• Experience with source control tools, preferably Git, plus strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with WinForms, WPF, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Windows Server, IIS, and Azure.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or OpenAI Codex.
• Experience with on-premises application hosting and cloud providers.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, laws, and procedures.
