CPS Solution Architect (Public Sector)

Location: Remote within the USA; U.S. citizenship, residence on U.S. soil, and active Secret, TS, or TS-SCI security clearance required. Preferably based in the Washington, D.C. metro area, with up to 50% onsite work for federal customer engagements.

Salary: $96,000–$120,000 per year, plus commission-based compensation.

What you will do

• Design and deliver mission-aligned hirify.global architectures for U.S. federal agencies.
• Develop data governance strategies that support knowledge transfer and measurable mission outcomes.
• Lead blueprinting, design workshops, requirements gathering, and solution alignment with business and IT stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Engineering, Product, Support, and Executive teams throughout the customer journey.
• Ensure solutions align with federal regulations and security standards, including FedRAMP, FISMA, and GovCloud.
• Support account expansion, customer adoption, utilization targets, and repeatable delivery excellence.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of consulting experience supporting U.S. federal agencies in data governance, data management, or data quality.
• Experience with AWS or Azure, Kubernetes, infrastructure and platform technologies, Linux CLI, REST/JSON integrations, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of PaaS providers, data lakes, databases, integration platforms, Spark, and Hadoop.
• At least 2 years of experience working with cloud platforms and network-based API integration.
• U.S. citizenship, residence on U.S. soil, and active Secret, TS, or TS-SCI security clearance are required.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, customer focus, and ability to align technical solutions with data challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience with LDAP, Kerberos, data quality, data pipelines, orchestration, job control, data warehousing, ETL, or data integration.
• Knowledge of data governance, data stewardship, master data management, data cataloging, or business rules management.
• Experience using Java, Python, or similar scripting languages for enterprise Linux or Unix implementations.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable technologies.
