DevOps Support Engineer (Oracle)

What you will do

• Support DevOps and infrastructure operations for client environments.
• Troubleshoot relational databases and write or interpret basic SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain operational scripts using Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
• Monitor system health, configure alerts, and support incident response with Zabbix or Grafana.
• Schedule, monitor, and manage automated workloads using BMC/Control-M or a comparable job scheduler.
• Support LDAP, firewall, reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, and/or MySQL, plus basic SQL troubleshooting.
• Experience with Python, Shell, or PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Zabbix or Grafana monitoring and BMC/Control-M or a comparable job scheduler.
• Knowledge of LDAP, firewall, reverse proxy, Active Directory, and Kerberos.
• Fluent English at B2 level; based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
