Technical Support Analyst

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $64,770–$116,320 annually; incentive opportunity of 7.5%–15%

What you will do

• Provide technical support to employees and customers through phone, in-person, and electronic channels.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, document, and escalate technology incidents and service requests.
• Configure, test, deploy, upgrade, refurbish, and maintain laptops, tablets, smartphones, and other end-user equipment.
• Manage hardware asset procurement, inventory, refresh, disposal, and lifecycle records.
• Coordinate purchasing, support, and issue resolution with hardware, mobile, and inventory vendors.
• Create knowledge base articles, user guides, training materials, and technical documentation while improving service desk workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
• 2+ years of experience directly supporting end users in a network environment.
• Experience with business hardware, operating systems, and software.
• Ability to participate in a weekly rotating after-hours on-call schedule.
• Ability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, United States.
