VP Solutions Engineering

Location: Omaha, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $151,970–$246,960 annually, plus a 20%–40% incentive opportunity

What you will do

• Lead solution architecture, application data design, and integration engineering capabilities supporting software delivery.
• Partner with application development and product teams on solution design, planning, and delivery.
• Establish reusable solution patterns, integration approaches, and modern engineering practices.
• Promote scalable, secure, maintainable, and well-integrated technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and guide technical trade-off decisions involving business needs, risk, complexity, and investment.
• Drive quality automation, AI-assisted development, modernization, and engineering productivity improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, integration engineering, data engineering, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, data design, cloud platforms, and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to work from Omaha, Nebraska, United States.
