Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead one strategic cross-organizational technical program, or two closely related programs, from definition through launch.
• Build integrated execution plans covering milestones, critical paths, dependencies, risks, and cross-team commitments.
• Drive release readiness across Engineering, Product, Platform, Security, Legal, and Commercial teams.
• Define objective launch criteria for functionality, reliability, security, and operational readiness.
• Make delivery trade-offs explicit and support executive decisions with concise narratives, data, recommendations, and program metrics.
• Improve planning, dependency management, and execution mechanisms across the organization without direct authority.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience, or equivalent experience leading large-scale technical programs with software engineering teams.
• Proven ability to deliver complex cross-functional programs from definition through launch across teams not directly managed.
• Experience leading production release readiness, defining objective launch criteria, and driving launch decisions.
• Strong risk identification, mitigation, escalation, and decision-making skills.
• Technical depth in architecture, rollout strategies, system dependencies, reliability risks, and engineering trade-offs.
• Exceptional written communication and the ability to create clear executive narratives from complex technical situations.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered products at scale.
• Experience building durable program management mechanisms in a high-growth engineering organization.
