Strategy & Transition Associate (Aerospace)

Location: Germany, with mobile working according to the area of responsibility; hirify.global operates from Augsburg and Bremen, as well as the European spaceport in Kourou.

What you will do

• Develop and manage transition roadmaps, initiatives, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and KPIs.
• Monitor implementation progress, reporting, escalation management, and operational impact.
• Prepare and follow up on transition and management workshops.
• Create analyses, decision-making documents, management presentations, and progress reports.
• Analyse and optimise corporate, production, support, organisational, and decision-making processes.
• Support business model development and strategic measures to improve performance, profitability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• Initial professional experience in management consultancy, in-house consultancy, change management, or business transformation.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for structuring complex issues and identifying concrete actions.
• Structured, reliable, independent, and hands-on approach to implementing change measures.
• Clear communication with senior management, executives, and project teams.
• Very good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; German language skills at C1 level or above are required.
