What you will do

• Act as a liaison between hirify.global and SEI Private Trust Company.
• Resolve discrepancies related to cash transactions, including incoming and outgoing wire transfers.
• Process investment transactions and reconcile account information.
• Review system records and client agreements to confirm company standards and client eligibility.
• Assign trust account numbers, archive records, and scan documentation into FileNet.
• Provide backup support for other trust operations functions while managing high volumes of work accurately.

Requirements

• At least four years of securities experience, preferably in trust securities.
• At least four years of experience with procedures, practices, and regulations governing trust-securities operations.
• Ability to research and analyze interest and dividend data.
• Ability to interpret documentation and handle difficult situations with investment managers and brokers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong accuracy, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
