Clinic Manager- RN

Location: Waterford, New York, United States. Onsite role at a health center open Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Salary: $99,999–$110,000 annually.

What you will do

• Manage daily clinic operations, staffing, workflows, patient flow, and utilization.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and performance management for RNs, LPNs, administrative staff, and technical staff.
• Provide direct patient care and clinical expertise as needed.
• Identify workflow improvements, conduct root cause analysis, and support operational efficiency.
• Lead infection control activities, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, incident reporting, and complaint resolution.
• Maintain accurate patient health records and collaborate with client representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification with hands-on training from AHA, ARC, or an equivalent provider.
• At least 3 years of medical-field experience and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Experience using CDC, WHO, APIC, or similar industry standards for infection prevention.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support may be required depending on the contract scope of services.

Nice to have

• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Case Management.
