Salary: $169,320.00–$219,120.00 annually in the Bay Area; other US locations: $153,935.00–$199,210.00 annually.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and track evidence-based forecasting models for CAR-T commercialization and portfolio planning.
• Develop forecast assumptions, analogues, scenarios, risks, and opportunities to support decisions across business development, commercial, marketing, R&D, and finance.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative market research with physicians, patients, and payers.
• Manage research vendors, methodologies, project alignment, execution, and reporting.
• Integrate market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary analytics into actionable insights.
• Communicate market, product, customer, and competitor analysis to support opportunity assessments, brand planning, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and 6+ years of experience, bachelor’s degree and 8+ years, or high school degree and 12+ years.
• Experience in forecasting and market research within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Understanding of hematology, oncology, autoimmune clinical landscapes, and cell therapy business models.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate clearly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to extract business insights and provide strategic recommendations from analysis findings.
• Role location: Foster City, California, United States.
