Supply Chain Intern

Location: Onsite in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin; Tulsa, Oklahoma; or Lowell, Michigan. Relocation is available. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States immediately and throughout employment.

Salary: $18.00–$27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Support ERP implementation, integration, data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate item master, supplier, vendor, and purchasing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Cleanse and standardize records, naming conventions, units of measure, lead times, and purchasing attributes.
• Create reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics.
• Assist buyers with purchase orders, supplier confirmations, delivery schedules, and order status.
• Support process improvement, workflow optimization, standard work development, and cross-functional supply chain projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations management, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to work a full 40-hour week.

Nice to have

• Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, D365, QAD, or Infor.
• Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, or Power BI.
• Understanding of purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain concepts.
