MTS Lead for Product Security (AI)

Location: On-site in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA

What you will do

• Define and execute the security strategy and operating model in partnership with the CISO and CSO.
• Build and operate security programs across data centers, colocation facilities, physical infrastructure, cloud, neocloud, and AI compute environments.
• Establish standards for physical access, surveillance, asset protection, hardware handling, cloud configuration, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Lead neocloud security assessments, remediation, governance, and contractual negotiations.
• Drive security and technology due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic partnerships, as well as post-acquisition integration.
• Build vendor security assessment and third-party risk management programs in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Risk.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, enterprise technology, or a related field.
• Experience building security programs from the ground up in startups, AI companies, cloud providers, hyperscalers, or hypergrowth technology organizations.
• Experience securing AI infrastructure and operating security programs for GPU compute environments.
• Experience with neocloud providers, hyperscalers, colocation operators, or large-scale physical cloud infrastructure.
• Technical depth in cloud and infrastructure security, Kubernetes and container security, Zero Trust, identity and access management, detection and response, and security automation.
• Experience with vendor risk, procurement security reviews, contract negotiations, physical security programs, and frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISO 22237, ISO 22301, and NIST CSF.
