Supply Chain Systems Learning Analyst

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Onsite Monday through Thursday; Friday location is flexible based on work requirements.

Annual base salary: $72,611.66–$101,394.99.

What you will do

• Design digital learning content, e-learning modules, instructional videos, job aids, process guides, and support resources using Articulate, Camtasia, and similar tools.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and support learner adoption across internal employee and external supplier audiences.
• Translate complex business processes and system requirements into clear, practical, user-friendly learning content with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate translated content and maintain multilingual learning and support materials for global audiences.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot questions related to ETQ Reliance, Oracle iSupplier, Rapid Ratings, OBI dashboards, and other supply chain systems.
• Run recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze usage and adoption data, and use insights to improve training, support resources, and system enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design, training content development, learning technologies, business systems, or a related field.
• Experience creating digital learning content with Articulate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
• Experience delivering virtual training and creating learner-centered support materials.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, collaboration, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work effectively with internal functions and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience coordinating translated content or supporting multilingual learning needs.
• Experience with enterprise systems, supply chain systems, or operational processes.
• Knowledge of Lean or continuous improvement principles.
• Experience with web content management, graphic design, or additional digital learning tools.
