Compliance Project Manager

Location: Broomfield, Colorado; assigned-location work is required, with approval for remote work up to 2 days per week

Salary: $113,000–$152,000 annually, inclusive of bonus target

What you will do

• Manage compliance training calendars, enrollment tracking, completion reporting, and awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, including documentation, remediation, and status reporting.
• Plan policy rollouts, cross-functional reviews, acknowledgments, and version control.
• Produce compliance reports and dashboards for senior leadership and the board.
• Coordinate compliance initiatives with engineering, product, supply chain, HR, and business development.
• Maintain compliance workflows, regulatory deadlines, documentation, budgets, vendor contracts, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in a regulated technology environment.
• Must be a U.S. Person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or worker granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to U.S. national security requirements, candidates must not be nationals of China or Russia unless also U.S. citizens.
• Experience with project management tools, compliance reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with export control, EAR, ITAR, or OFAC compliance programs.
• Experience with compliance management systems or GRC platforms.
• Experience coordinating learning management systems such as LRN or Workday Learning.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting cadences and audit requirements.
