Global Market Access (GMA) Project Manager (Regulatory Compliance)

Location: Plano, TX, USA; candidates should live within a commutable distance to Plano. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.

Salary: $90,000–$95,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead multiple global regulatory compliance and market access projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risk assessments, resource requirements, status reports, and customer updates.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, manage expectations, provide executive-level summaries, and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and certifications with authorities, certification bodies, laboratories, engineering teams, and global partners.
• Support market access strategies covering wireless, EMC, electrical safety, energy efficiency, telecom, and other requirements.
• Drive cross-functional accountability, technical reviews, process improvements, and resolution of compliance challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with project management education and/or at least 3 years of project management experience.
• 3–5+ years of project management experience; telecommunications industry experience is desired.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, product certification, global market access, conformity assessment, or related testing programs.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network technologies, protocols, operations, wireless, EMC, electrical safety, RF, or product certification requirements.
• Strong customer, executive, technical, and external-agency communication skills, with excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
