Senior Identity Engineer (Workforce Identity)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and support workforce and customer-facing IAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, and IGA tools.
• Integrate identity platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and other directories.
• Build and maintain secure SCIM, REST API, and custom connector integrations.
• Deploy and manage PAM solutions, passwordless authentication, and least-privilege controls.
• Lead identity platform upgrades, migrations, and adoption of Okta Identity Engine.
• Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting and partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, compliance, and audit teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Active Directory, Auth0, IGA, CIAM, PAM, and passwordless solutions.
• Strong knowledge of OIDC, SAML, SWA, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with privileged access management tools such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust.
• Understanding of compliance frameworks and security practices, including SOX and GDPR.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Okta Workflows and PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance.
• CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent security certification.
