What you will do

• Design and implement secure IAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, and IGA tools.
• Integrate identity systems with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy and manage PAM solutions to enforce least-privilege principles.
• Partner with compliance teams to support identity-related controls and audits.
• Provide Tier-3 troubleshooting and incident resolution for complex IAM issues.
• Lead upgrades and migrations to emerging identity technologies like Okta Identity Engine.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT roles.
• Deep expertise in Okta, Auth0, IGA, CIAM, and PAM solutions.
• Strong understanding of identity protocols including OIDC, SAML, and MFA.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC 2, and SOX.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools like Okta Workflows, PowerShell, or Python.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity governance.
• Security certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
