Customer Service Representative (HVAC)

Location: Valley View, Ohio, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; flexible work location on Fridays. Local travel and visits to client facilities are required.

Annual base salary: $67,260–$96,810.

What you will do

• Manage client satisfaction, retention, growth, account profiles, strategies, and service delivery plans for an assigned portfolio.
• Oversee service account renewals, expansions, contractual obligations, scheduled client visits, and timely responses to client inquiries.
• Identify sales, quoted job, time-and-material, contract renewal, and service lead opportunities.
• Collaborate with account managers, billing, sales, service technicians, and other cross-functional teams on proposals and client solutions.
• Facilitate the Service Linkage program and attend sales and client support development training.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, suppliers, and visitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of experience in a service or client service role.
• Effective verbal, written, telephone, and in-person communication skills.
• Ability to use computers, office equipment, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations, work occasional extended hours, and prioritize client requests.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the previous three years.
• Ability to travel locally and work at client facilities when required.
