Representative, Contact Center III Billing (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid, Manchester, New Hampshire, United States

Salary: $52,920–$58,800 per year, with potential incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Process customer billing adjustments, order entry, and billing errors.
• Initiate field investigations related to customer accounts and billing.
• Respond to customer calls, including emergency situations outside regularly scheduled hours.
• Follow customer service procedures and policies while exercising judgment under moderate supervision.
• Work with colleagues in a structured, monitored environment and support emergency restoration assignments when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask, follow established processes, work with minimal supervision, and function effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with a customer billing system is preferred.
• Applicants must successfully pass the SHL Customer Service Representative test.
• Applicants requiring immigration-related visa sponsorship cannot be considered.
