Partner Experience (Analyst – Associate) (Fintech)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week for most roles

Salary: Analyst: $75,000–$100,000 annually; Associate: $101,000–$125,000 annually, plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Own relationships, service delivery, and escalations for financial advisors, firms, and partners.
• Configure the hirify.global platform, including firm, user, and fund permissions, connectivity, integrations, and workflow testing.
• Lead partner education, training, platform demonstrations, and consultative support.
• Perform business and data analysis, troubleshoot platform and data issues, and build reports.
• Design document digitization and approval workflows while maintaining process and technical documentation.
• Lead platform delivery, process improvement, automation, and AI-related initiatives with Product, Technology, Transformation, Sales, and Enablement teams.

Requirements

• Analyst level: 0–2 years of experience in client service, solutions, operations, or platform configuration within financial services; relevant internships or academic experience may be considered.
• Associate level: 3–5 years of experience, including alternative investment or fund knowledge and direct platform configuration or data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, computer science, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, stakeholder management, and technical information translation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, data validation, documentation, and platform or process testing.
• For Associate roles, advanced experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, and concurrent partner relationship management is required.

Nice to have

• FINRA Series 7 and 63, or willingness to obtain them within 6 months of hire where required.
• Experience in a small or mid-sized firm, startup environment, or relevant internship.
