Sr Decision Infrastructure Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA; hybrid work model with in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Remote placement will not be considered. Local hours (PT) are required, with flexibility across time zones when necessary. Travel to hirify.global offices or other locations may be required.

Salary: $125,000–$147,000 base annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Translate business policies and strategy requirements into technical and functional requirements.
• Design and code business rules, decision logic, and machine learning models on the decision platform.
• Create test and deployment plans and validate implementations against quality and accuracy standards.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs connecting internal and external data sources to the decision platform.
• Analyze decision outcomes and develop reporting dashboards to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory compliance while partnering with Risk, Operations, Engineering, Control, and contract resources.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in risk infrastructure, decision systems, software engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on programming experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience using AI tools responsibly, with the ability to identify their limitations and validate their outputs.
• High standards for data sensitivity, accuracy, compliance, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with decision management platforms or business rules engines such as GDS Link, Provenir, Drools, Oscilar, PowerCurve, SAS ID, or ODM.
