Senior Producer - Fixed Term Contract

What you will do

• Lead the production and delivery of creative projects across a designated client portfolio.
• Plan, forecast, scope, and manage projects with combined annual budgets of approximately £1–£1.5 million.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, margins, cost reporting, and potential overruns in collaboration with Finance and Client Services.
• Coordinate creative, resource, account, client, and third-party production teams to deliver projects efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with production partners, photographers, directors, models, studios, stylists, agents, and suppliers.
• Manage commissioning, image checks, credits, production assets, usage rights, copyright compliance, and client presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing creative production projects and client relationships across multiple sectors.
• Experience developing and motivating teams while collaborating effectively with creative and account teams.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability, diplomacy, and sound judgement when balancing client and agency needs.
• Ability to build trust, inspire others, and communicate exceptionally well in writing and verbally.
