Digital Producer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, or hybrid three days per week in the office in Dallas, Texas or Bothell, Washington.

Salary: $55–$60 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production delivery for owned digital assets, including offer messages, landing pages, websites, mastheads, and customer journeys.
• Develop production estimates, detailed schedules, dependencies, and capacity plans for digital experience projects.
• Review briefs, identify risks and gaps, enforce scope control, and ensure projects are production-ready.
• Track hours, costs, cycle times, estimation accuracy, delivery timeliness, throughput, and production health.
• Coordinate clients, production teams, agencies, finance, and media stakeholders to deliver digital experiences on time and within budget.
• Improve efficiency and quality across owned and paid media production workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of hands-on digital production experience across UI/UX and owned digital assets for web, mobile, and app environments.
• Experience developing and managing precise production estimates in high-volume, modular content environments.
• Proficiency in Workfront or a similar platform, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong understanding of owned and paid media workflows, financial and operational management, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Must work from the United States; Dallas and Bothell positions require hybrid office attendance three days per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with trafficking tools such as Celtra.
• Experience supporting social and display production.
