Production Lead

Location: London – Television Centre, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting per year, depending on relevant skills, knowledge, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead resource planning and workflow management across creative projects.
• Manage end-to-end delivery, including timelines, budgets, approvals, asset delivery, and risk management.
• Develop operational processes, tools, and ways of working that improve team performance and productivity.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and external partners.
• Oversee financial, legal, and compliance requirements for project delivery.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading creative production, project management, or traffic functions in a creative, marketing, or media environment.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects across digital, social, video, and design channels.
• Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong understanding of design, video, post-production, and digital content workflows.
• Ability to work at the London – Television Centre location.

Nice to have

• Experience managing freelance talent, agencies, and external suppliers.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchase orders, and financial reporting systems such as SAP.
• Experience delivering digital rebrands or large-scale marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of copyright clearance, content rights management, and compliance.
• Interest in emerging creative technologies, AI, and automation tools.
