Post Production Producer

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid workplace with up to 40% of working time from home.

What you will do

• Coordinate creative post-production projects from photography handover through final asset delivery.
• Collaborate with Shoot Producers during pre-production to plan upcoming campaigns and transition work into post-production.
• Manage creative briefs, project timelines, approval milestones, feedback, amendments, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate retouching reviews with Art Directors, Creative teams, and post-production specialists.
• Manage print proofing sessions, capture feedback, and coordinate approvals through final print sign-off.
• Build and maintain a network of freelance retouch partners and support supplier evaluation and onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating creative or post-production projects in a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment.
• Strong understanding of photography, image retouching, and creative production workflows.
• Excellent project coordination, organisation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management and workflow tools.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with fashion, retail, or e-commerce photography.
• Knowledge of Digital Asset Management systems.
• Experience working with external retouch partners or creative suppliers.
• Understanding of image production standards and colour management.
