Senior QA (AI)

Location: Brazil; remote home office

What you will do

• Design test plans covering project requirements, user stories, devices, browsers, and non-functional requirements.
• Design and orchestrate agentic workflows for testing, including context and tool setup and validation of agent outputs.
• Perform manual and automated functional, non-functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for web applications and APIs.
• Write and maintain automated test suites, analyze results, report defects, and collaborate with developers on fixes.
• Review product and technical specifications, participate in peer reviews and agile ceremonies, and demonstrate sprint deliverables to client stakeholders.
• Advise on web accessibility best practices and apply current testing methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Solid experience testing CMS-based web applications, including functional, non-functional, usability, cross-platform, and cross-browser testing.
• Experience defining QA strategy and scope, writing test plans, and testing RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API automation, such as Selenium and Postman.
• Deep BDD knowledge, including Gherkin and frameworks such as SpecFlow or Cucumber.
• Experience with accessibility testing and WCAG standards, plus working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery.
• Fluent English and availability to work remotely from Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with Storyblok, Sanity, or other headless CMS platforms.
• Experience with agentic SDLC, spec-driven development, MCP servers, tool calling, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated artifacts or testing AI-powered products for hallucinations, non-deterministic behavior, and model regressions.
• Security, compliance, web analytics, performance benchmarking, semantic HTML, or SEO testing experience.
