Onsite Warehouse Support Specialist

Location: Onsite in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States. Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; hours may change due to travel.

What you will do

• Run daily cycle counts and inventory control processes using written SOPs and partner fulfillment center resources.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, perform physical location checks, and reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA.
• Determine root causes of inventory adjustments and lead corrective actions.
• Handle merchant audits and resolve inventory-related requests through the ticketing system within a 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates and inventory concerns to onsite and area operations leaders.
• Present weekly performance reports and comply with food safety, product handling, traceability, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with warehouse management system software; RF scanner experience is preferred.
• Ability to work independently onsite without direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer or vendor communication, time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and push or pull frequently during 8–10-hour shifts or longer as needed.
