Senior Solution Architect (Cyber Resilience)

Location: Singapore. Travel across Asia, including ASEAN, Hong Kong, and Korea, may be required.

What you will do

• Assess enterprise customers’ data and information management environments and translate requirements into scalable technical architectures.
• Design and implement solutions for data protection, multi-cloud, archive and compliance, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and cyber resilience.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, optimize, and migrate hirify.global backup and recovery environments, including hardware, software, databases, hypervisors, and applications.
• Validate technical prerequisites, troubleshoot implementation issues, and coordinate with support, development, project, and regional architecture teams.
• Document implementation activities, user acceptance testing, as-built environments, risks, issues, and progress.
• Advise customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and support high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS projects, preferably in Professional Services or System Integration environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup and recovery software; hirify.global experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of networking, storage systems, Linux administration, TCP/IP, iSCSI, SCSI, and Fibre Channel.
• Experience protecting Microsoft 365, Oracle, SAP HANA, AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
• Knowledge of object storage, data archiving and search, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and container platforms.
• Ability to script in Linux and automate infrastructure tasks with Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation. Fluent English is required.

• Proficiency in a regional language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Bahasa.
• Exposure to data security, cyber resilience, and cloud compliance.
