Director, Production Operations Finance

Location: Hybrid in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States; office attendance is generally required at least three days per week.

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year, plus bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support the President of Operations & Technology and operations leaders with strategic decisions on new technical and operational solutions.
• Provide ongoing operational finance support for Production Operations, Creative Operations, and Global Corporate Security Operations.
• Track operating expenses and allocate capital spending in collaboration with Operations & Technology Finance and Corporate FP&A.
• Support vendor relationship management, production infrastructure, technology solutions, and day-to-day operational finance.
• Provide inputs for budgets, long-range plans, in-year pacing, forecasts, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Support operations covering more than 500 full-time employees and expenses and capital projects exceeding $130 million.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working in an adaptable environment with continuously evolving roles and processes.
• Experience supporting operational finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
