IT Support Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in Phoenix, AZ or Memphis, TN

Salary: $130,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for in-office and remote employees.
• Manage the MDM fleet across macOS, iOS, and Windows devices.
• Administer and improve Okta and core SaaS tooling, including access controls.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and track assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Build automations to reduce manual work and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.

Requirements

• Experience administering Okta and managing MDM across macOS and Windows.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and support for macOS, iOS, and Windows.
• Ability to build automations using code or no-code tools.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and knowledge-base content.
• Security-focused mindset regarding identity, access, and device management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, or Zapier.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Exposure to security frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS.
• Familiarity with HRIS integrations and API/webhook fluency.
