Gaming Producer (Agile/QA): Coordinating engineering, product, QA, and creative stakeholders to keep development workflows, sprints, releases, and engineering systems progressing predictably with an accent on backlog health, capacity planning, dependencies, and release readiness. Focus on facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking critical-path risks and blockers, coordinating validation and regression work, and maintaining delivery documentation across teams.
Location: Remote, working PST hours
Salary: $30–$35 USD/hour for candidates based in Washington State

What you will do
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, triage, office hours, and retrospectives.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog health, team velocity, capacity, milestones, delivery commitments, and feature schedules.
- Track risks, dependencies, blockers, action items, work-item ownership, and cross-team commitments.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, status updates, release forums, and communication across engineering, product, QA, creative, and leadership stakeholders.
- Support release readiness, changelog tracking, validation plans, test plans, regression tracking, and unresolved bug follow-up.
- Maintain work-management documentation, dashboards, trackers, workflows, and pipeline information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in engineering, product management, technical program management, data analysis, product development, or production.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar work-management and collaboration tools.
- Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum, including sprint planning, velocity, capacity, and milestone delivery.
- Experience coordinating projects, workstreams, or deliverables across multiple stakeholders and technical and non-technical groups.
- Ability to bridge communication between creative professionals, programmers, product stakeholders, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to work during PST hours and adapt priorities in a changing environment.
Nice to have
- Four or more years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- Producer or Technical Program Manager experience in a gaming studio.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving engineering, QA, product, and partner teams.
- Strong experience with Agile execution, backlog management, sprint ceremonies, and release coordination.
